Privacy Policy
Last updated: 09-16-2026
("we", "us") provides free, browser-based educational games for young children. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. This site is directed to children and we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Information We Collect
We do not require account creation, login, or any personal information to use this site. We do not collect names, email addresses, photos, voice, or precise location from children.
We collect limited technical data for internal operations only:
- A temporary session identifier, generated in your browser and deleted when the browser tab is closed. It is not linked to any persistent identifier, device, or account.
- Page and game interaction events (e.g. page viewed, game started, time spent), used solely to understand site usage and improve our games.
- General browser and device type (e.g. "Chrome, mobile"), not the full technical browser signature.
- Referring page and general traffic source (e.g. search, social, direct), with any identifying query parameters removed.
We do not collect or store IP addresses, precise geolocation, persistent device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or biometric/voice data.
How We Use This Information
This data is used exclusively for internal operations: measuring which pages and games are used, diagnosing technical issues, and improving the site. It is not used to contact any individual, build a profile of a child, or serve targeted advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking services on this site.
Data Retention
Individual usage events, including the temporary session identifier, are retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
We separately retain aggregated statistics (e.g. daily page views by traffic source, page, and general device type) indefinitely for internal analytics and advertising performance measurement. These aggregated records do not include the session identifier and cannot be tied back to any individual visit or child.
Parental Rights
Because we do not collect personal information from children, there is no child-specific data to review, correct, or delete. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from your child, contact us at support@learnplayhq.com and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
